🎯 What happens after booking?
After booking you and your coach will receive an email notification with your booking details. Within 48 hours the coach will get in touch with you personally to guide you through the next steps and confirm your appointment.
📝 How should I prepare for the coaching session?
Prior to the session the coach will ask you for additional information via email. This could include sharing your current application materials or filling out a short survey. There is nothing else you need to prepare.
💬 What happens during the coaching?
Each session is a personalized conversation focused on your goals. Based on the package you have selected, you’ll get honest feedback, practical guidance, and clear next steps tailored to your career and professional development journey. It’s a supportive space to gain guidance, clarity, confidence, and direction.
🕒 What if I have to re-schedule a session?
You can re-schedule anytime at least 24 hours in advance of the session. This ensures that your coach has time to actually see your re-scheduling request. Please get in touch with your coach immediately if you need to reschedule your session. We are unable to accept any re-scheduling requests that are within 24 hours of the session.
🧭 What happens after the coaching?
After your last coaching session, your coach will be available for follow-up questions via email for one week.

The Coaches
🎓 What qualifications do coaches have?
All our coaches have at least 10+ years of working experience in human rights. They have worked for large intergovernmental organizations, as well as international and local human rights NGOs, social enterprises and businesses. We don’t require our coaches to have an additional coaching certification to be eligible for our platform.
🗣️ What languages do coaches speak?
Most of our coaching sessions are in English but some of our coaches also offer services in French, German, Hindi and Kannada. Please get in touch if you are looking for coaching in a specific language.
🌍 Where are your coaches located?
Our coaches are based all over the world in different time zones. You can check their calendars to pick a time that suits you best.
🤝 Are coaches still connected to the human rights space?
Yes, all of them are active human rights practitioners who are currently working in different human rights roles. Most of them work as consultants for human rights organizations and provide coaching as an additional service.
🎯Can I choose my coach?
Yes, of course. It is entirely up to you to choose a coach and service that resonates with you. If you are not sure whom to pick please get in touch and we will recommend a session and coach to you.
🔄 What if I am not a good match with my coach?
It can happen. If you feel that you aren’t a good match with your coach, you can continue your upcoming coaching sessions with another coach on our platform. Please let us know if you would like to change coach.
Payments
💳 How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards. The payments are securely processed via Stripe. Ideal, Sepa, Apply pay, google pay.
💸 Can I get a refund?
You can cancel your session anytime before the coaching takes place within 14 days of your initial booking. However, our coaches work in different time zones and you need to cancel your session at least 24 hours before the coaching takes place. Please note that if the coaching has already started or has passed we cannot offer a refund.
🧾 Can I get an invoice?
Yes, you can download your invoice anytime in your account area. Your account will automatically be created once you have purchased a coaching session.
⚠️ What if there is an issue with my payment?
Please get in touch via email. We will get back to you within 24 hours to resolve the issue.
